Privacy notice
How information moves when you contact us.
Last updated: October 18, 2026
This notice covers this Bush Lackey Landscaping & Exterior Solutions website and inquiries made through the contact options on it.
The project message form
The form uses your name, city, selected service, project description and any optional timing or budget details to prepare a message in your browser. Preparing a message does not submit it to Bush Lackey. This form does not use a server submission endpoint, browser storage, or a customer database. Your draft remains on the page until you leave or reload it.
Text, email and phone inquiries
If you choose to send a text or email, your messaging or email provider processes the message. Bush Lackey receives the information you send, including your contact details, project description and any attached photos. We use inquiry information to respond, discuss estimates and arrange requested services. Do not include payment-card numbers, passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information in a project inquiry.
Hosting and other services
The website hosting service may process technical information such as an IP address, browser information and requests to deliver and secure the website. The site itself does not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts, embedded social feeds or marketing cookies. Hosting or access services may use their own operational technologies. Links to Facebook and other external services are governed by those services' privacy practices when you visit them.
Project communications and records
Once you send an inquiry or become a customer, messages and project records may be held in the communication, payment and business systems used to provide the service. Contact us with questions about information we hold, or to request correction or deletion. Any response will account for applicable legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices
You can call instead of using the form, share only information relevant to your inquiry, or contact us about your privacy questions. Preparing an estimate message does not sign you up for a newsletter or marketing text program.
